aluminum
 cases are the best available in today's market. True aluminum cases are
a lot more expensive than a wood case with an aluminum laminate skin. However, in
the end, an aluminum case will provide you with twice the protection for the same size of
case as you would get with a wood case. As well, aluminum will not rot, warp,
crack or blister like wood laminate cases, nor will they creep or crack in
extreme environmental conditions like plastic cases tend to do.
 A cost effective solution for you may be our plastic cases
however. When coupled with a foam insert designed to your specifications, a
plastic case can provide excellent protection provided you do not
expect the cases to be exposed to very low or very warm
temperatures.
In the end, the purchasing of a case is essentially a continuation
of the investment you have made for the case contents. As a rule of thumb we
suggest that you invest approximately 10% of the value of the case contents into
buying protection for that equipment while it is being stored, moved shipped and
while deployed.
